We’ve yet to visit the significance of the sometimes-seen gem that hung around Al’s neck. There is little magic about it, but it holds immense personal value for Algerbane. Mordred’s selection of it as the focus is more out of spite than anything else.
It’s a dark moment for Algerbane and things are only going to get more intense. We’re gearing up for Year One’s finale. Buckle up and hold tight!

yeah, basically the current storyline will be wrapped up by the comic’s 1 year anniversary. A new storyline will begin in year 2. I explain a bit more in this blog post.
