Panel 3: Pretty awesome
thanks. it seems all my flashback issues come out best
i really like the panel with hole looking through to all those stars…simply beautiful!
Methinks yon Algerbane begins to look a mite… shall we say… upset at the way things are going. Can it be long before he begins to kick some serious butt?
ah WikWak, you always seem to be one step ahead of me…. are you Batman?!
at the very least, Sherlock Holmes?
…the inscrutable Mr.Moto? Perhaps. Perhaps.
Hmm. I like it. I like it!
Aww, I found the end. Darn. It’s not long enough!
Well, here’s ANOTHER to add to my collection. I need to organize these by update day or something…
I know, I know. I wish I could update more than once a week.
But you can do what I do, and subscribe to the RSS feed. All my favorite comics are in a folder in Google Reader. I never miss an update!
Wow this is really getting so good Adam! I love the look and so looking forward to next weeks!
This story is getting very interesting. I too shall add this to my growing web-comic list. Keep up the good work, you’re keeping your audience enthralled.
thanks for the kinds words!
5000 years old, eh? Looking good for his age.
So– when is the statue that Al brought to life going to show up and help?
i think you might be a tad mistaken. he never brought a statue to life, but he did move a statue in order to access a tunnel.
There is just one thing I don’t understand in fantasy: There are some things that took place hundrets or thousands of years ago and society/industry did not evolve one bit. Magic must be some kind of natural inhibitor for experimenting.
It’s not hard to understand. Most fantasy (mine included) is based on the culture/history of the Middle Ages. Up until the last century, technology didn’t change as rapidly as it does now. It took 100 years for major advances to be made. Also, fantasy worlds emphasize magic/mystical arts over technology, so you wouldn’t see a lot industry. You’re more likely to see men in robes and giant monsters over steam engines and factories. But it’s all up to the imagination of the writer!
