Holy Moley! A Wizard of Quippley map!?

April 23, 2011 by Adam Casalino

After about 2 years of developing this story, I finally posted a map.  This details much of Maora, the land in which the comic is set.  It is unfinished, as the scribes and map-makers of the day were fickle in their devotion of their craft.  Now don’t start studying this thing and expect it to line up perfectly with the story, although if you look carefully you will be able to see Quippley (Algerbane’s home town), Fel’Qad, Augury and the Wizard’s tower, and even the Troll Bridge.

Clicking on the thumbnail above will reveal a larger version.

At last! Now many things come together and begin to make sense — and many do not. Coming from so near the Arg Isles explains the occasional diamond-patterned sweater seen at the bottom of Algerbane’s duffel bag, methinks; and no doubt the color of the current lady companion’s eyes indicate the nearness of Blü to her former residence.

    ‘Tis indeed a jöÿful day!
