I just added a page featuring some of my artwork. Hop on over and take a look! In the next few days I will add more recent stuff, artwork related to Quippley.
New emerging content
I’ve decided to try to post at least one blog entry a day. So when this thing gets popular, visitors can always stop by each day and see how I’m doing (this thing sounds more and more like a desperate attempt at attention… but I guess all creative work is!).

A few changes…
After some painstaking adjustments and tweaks, I have given the new site quick face-lift. I added a new dynamic logo and some other changes that I think make the site a bit more pleasing to the eye.
I also activated commenting for post. No annoying memberships required. Just enter you name and e-mail address and flame away!
Just no spamming.
(Almost) pulling my hair out.
Well I had some trouble posting today’s comic. Not good for the second issue; but its a learning process, right? I should have prepped the comic last night to automatically post at midnight on Tuesday. Instead I walked into work this morning and realized I didn’t have today’s issue on my pocket hard drive. Oops.
It’s not THAT big a deal. I did post the first issue last Tuesday night. Plus since I’m just starting out so it’s not as if the site is getting a billion hits a day. But I’m a bit of a perfectionist, you see. And not being ready on the second week of the site was disappointing.
Spreading the Knowledge
Just wanted to make mention of a few books I’ve been perusing lately, for those out there interested in web comics and their development.
I’ve found How to Make Webcomics particularly useful. It covers just about everything you want to know, from start to finish.
Also Hi-Fi Color For Comics is a great technical book, for those of you who are interested in how to professionally color their comics.
Keep reading and keep learning!
